Refund Policy

A customer can cancel purchased services by sending an email within 48 hours of the acceptance of an agreement. Once we have submitted your application to sam.gov there are no refunds

Authorization to Act on Customer’s Behalf

You acknowledge and agree that getSAMnow may submit information and data to SAM.gov and any other government agencies on your behalf. At inception, you agree that getSAMnow is your third-party agent and grant us permission to act solely in connection with the performance of the purchased services.

Accuracy Of Billing And Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Terms of Use

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
